- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is only applicable for size or product issues—not for change of mind.
- We do not offer refunds—only product exchanges.

Shipping for Exchanges
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the exchange product as soon as possible.
